    I've been to many Broilers in Orange County and this location is by far the best one. The meat is cooked to perfection and it always taste fresh.

    *Reason why not 5 stars*
    Their triple hot sauce taste completely different now :( you can tell they add a bunch of tapatio with whatever else they add to it. I'm pretty sure they didn't include tapatio before but I may be wrong. Anyways, bring back the old triple hot sauce recipe! Taste so much better.

    I went today and I ordered the chicken well done and the lady gave me this burned chicken and when I came back to asked it  if this chicken can be eat like that and she "said that's it's how you asked " so she was rude and unprofessional with me! here is some pictures of the chicken.
    Good stuff Very bad service

    One of the worst Flame Broilers I have been to, the food tastes great but the customer service is the worst. I have never encountered employees who dislike their job more than this place. They are slow, don't smile, are not engaging, are on their phone, AND 3 times they get my order messed up. I don't expect 5 star employee service but at least a hello or a smile would help them. In addition, 3 times I have had to come back for avocado because they forget even though I clearly am stating it in person. I only come to this location because it's close to where I live if not I would never come back. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

    What did I wait for? Meat that was cooked hours ago and is lukewarm at best. Broccoli with rotted spots throughout (that was over cooked as well). Rice that is CRUNCHY. Taco Bell and McDonald's are 100% slinging better food that this location, try somewhere else.

    I've always loved Flame Broiler and was excited to find out that I could still eat here when I transitioned to a plant based diet. Unfortunately the last two times I've ordered a tofu bowl, there has been a piece of chicken in it. Luckily I noticed before I bit into it but this is completely unacceptable. I understand that this is a restaurant that serves meat, but why even offer tofu if you cook it all on the same grill.
